Einbeck is situated in the Leinebergland and offers a variety of scenic and historical sights. Since the 12th century, Einbeck has been known for its beer and textiles. The merchant August Stukenbrok founded Germany’s first mail-order company here. The beer brewing tradition has continued to this day, and Einbecker blue print is a well-known name.
